Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade or limited pieces may require a little more preparation time.

Free Standard Shipping

We currently offer free Standard Shipping to selected countries and regions available at checkout. If your country or region is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

International Shipping

We ship internationally from China. Standard international shipping usually takes 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery service.

Fragile Item Packing

Our clay figurines are carefully packed with protective materials for international shipping. Because these are handmade clay items, please handle them with care after delivery.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will provide a tracking number whenever available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country or region.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Returns

Because our products are handmade and fragile, returns are accepted only when the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the product description. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Handmade Note

Small differences in color, brushwork, shape, and surface texture are normal for handmade clay figurines and are not considered defects.
