Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at lionkingfx@gmail.com. Please do not send items back before contacting us. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions for where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, outer package, inner packaging, and shipping label so we can review the case and help with a suitable solution.

Handmade items

Our clay figurines are handmade or hand-painted. Each piece is individually crafted, so no two items are exactly the same. The item you receive may differ slightly from the product photos, including variations in brushwork, color tone, texture, size, shape, facial expression, pattern placement, and finishing. These natural handmade differences are part of the product's character and are not considered defects, damages, or grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at lionkingfx@gmail.com.
